HOW IT WORKS
1. Gain Free Access
Sign up to become a member of our network and gain free access to all of our network's Pre IPO opportunities. Please note that you must meet the SEC’s definition of an “Accredited Investor” to participate in Pre IPO investment opportunities. There are multiple ways to qualify, one of our consultants will help clarify the definition of an "Accredited Investor" and upon qualification can refer you to the network of funds that we work with to begin the next steps of the process.
2. Reserve Your Membership Holdings
Browse all available opportunities in the network and gain access to these opportunities through your consultant. Your consultant will provide you with all available resources to evaluate each opportunity and after you’ve completed your due diligence, your consultant will begin the process of referring you to the network of funds we work with to secure your position.
Beginning the referral process will allow you to receive the PPM and complete the necessary paperwork. Our network will keep you abreast of any important updates regarding each and every opportunity within our access.
The network of funds that we work with have already done the work with the companies and the shareholders to acquire the shares, including resolving important issues like the company’s Right of First Refusal or any other issues that may come up. The network of funds will only offer shares after they’ve already secured them and completed the right of first refusal process.
3. Complete Final Paperwork Easily
You will need to execute the final subscription documentation and initiate a wire transfer to complete the transaction. Upon receiving all the necessary documentation and completing the wire transfer you will then confirm your membership and will be able to take a position in any companies that are offered without having to complete this process again.
